Finding My Voice Changed My Health, Now I Help Others Find Theirs 

As a pharmacist who was born and raised in traditional healthcare, with over 25 years of my own experience as a pharmacist, I know how difficult it can be to find your own voice and go against what most practitioners tell you to do.  Through my own health struggles over 10 years, I too, found myself stuck in the merry-go-round of providers, with no real answers. The best options facing me where to wait and see how my health would progress or participate in a clinical trial. Neither of these seemed like viable options and that is when I began to take back my health.  It was through this process of researching alternative treatments and unlearning traditional healthcare, that I found my voice and realized how impactful my daily decisions can be on my health. This is my goal for you; to find what you desire in your health journey and help you gain control of daily choices and become vocal for your decisions during appointments.

The Heart Behind My Coaching Method

My goal in working together with you is to perform a total health review including diagnoses, medications, unaddressed health problems, treatment side effects, supplements, diet and lifestyle. As we work through each area of your life we will address what is working and what is actually making your health worse. My goal is to help you find your specific health goals in treatment, learn to work towards those on a daily basis through actionable steps and to find your voice during health appointments. After all, the best laid regimens and treatments are worthless if they leave you feeling worse than the problem itself. Ultimately, we want to come to a point where you are truly living life again, not just existing in it.
